Thank you for shopping at Morsian-RV (operated by Qingdao Majian Technology Co., Ltd.). This policy explains our order processing time, shipping methods, shipping cost calculation, and your responsibilities as a buyer.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended – we will notify you.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer a single standard shipping service through one partner carrier. Estimated delivery times (calculated from the shipping date) are as follows:
- Australia & South Korea: 7–15 business days
- Other countries/regions: 10–30 business days
Please note: These are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee. Actual delivery may be delayed by customs clearance, carrier delays, remote locations, or adverse weather. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
3. Shipping Cost Calculation
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the greater of actual weight and dimensional weight (length × width × height ÷ 5000) , and on the destination country/region.
- Australia & South Korea: Free shipping (no minimum order value).
- Other countries/regions: The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout after you provide your address and package dimensions/weight.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Any customs duties, import VAT (such as GST), customs clearance fees, and other charges levied by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
- We cannot predict these charges and assume no liability for them. We recommend that you contact your local customs office before placing an order.
5. Order Tracking
- After your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.
- You can also check the order status by logging into the “My Account” section on our website.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for any loss or return of packages due to an incorrect address provided by you.
- If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. You will be responsible for the re‑shipping fee.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
- Oversized or overweight items may require a separate shipping quote. Please contact us before placing your order at morsian@163.com to confirm.
