1. Return / Exchange / Refund Timeframe
You may initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days after receiving your order. Please inspect the items promptly to ensure your request is processed within the valid period.
2. Conditions for Returned Items
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and kept in their original packaging with all accessories and labels intact.
- Customised or personalised items are non‑refundable (unless defective).
- Hygiene‑sensitive products (e.g., items that come into direct contact with the body) are not accepted for return or exchange unless they have quality issues.
- Electrical components that have been installed or used (e.g., water pumps, electronic control boards) are not accepted for change‑of‑mind returns.
3. Refunds and Shipping Charges
- For quality issues (damage, defects): We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
- For change‑of‑mind returns: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and the original shipping fee is non‑refundable.
- Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method (your PayPal account). We offer the following options:

4. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are generally not accepted for return or exchange (unless defective):

7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please first apply for a return following the procedure above. After we receive and confirm that the item meets the conditions, you may place a new order for the desired item.
